Nipple grafts are one more thing to heal and might fall off anyway, the wounds are easier to take care of without them. Mentally ill people often struggle with personal hygiene and basic upkeep of their own bodies, so grafts are more than some patients can handle. You'd think that should disqualify them from surgery, but no.

Some people don't want their legs and have gone to great lengths to remove them, doesn't mean it should be excused or allowed like this sort of butchery is by the gender fandom.

I for one am glad this psychopathic practitioning gender surgeon exists so that she can speed up the rate of transgender suicides by giving all the mentally retarded trannies bad crotch wounds. I would also like to state that while it is unfortunate she is turning children and teenagers into homunculus horrors it is in fact an inevitable process since those childrens parents are the ones responsible for their horrifying end and if it wasnt being transgender i'm sure those parents would have found something else to fuck their children up with.
