I don't know how much this will be enforced but if the trucks run out of fuel it makes it harder to move, the people will figure out how to stay warm.

Tbh the vibe I get is that people are willing to risk fines and imprisonment to help these guys. That's where things are at.
I guarantee we'll have fuelrunners lol. Possibly even a few cops willing to look the other way.
In Coutts, where they briefly were preventing food and supplies, they found ways around it - people were walking on foot to deliver things. These people are resourceful.

She has involved herself in the past. This is largely for individuals trying to involve her in small things, not a national political crisis. If enough people make a stink, something will happen.

I don't think they thought this fuel thing through. It is only going to encourage stockpiling and rationing. Not to mention all of the smuggling that is going to start. It won't end this protest.

It is also going to undermine their authority and drive a wedge between the cops and the people. A relationship that has been largely positive to this point.
