Generally speaking, I think psychedelics are a great thing for people going through any kind of existential angst. In my experience, trips have always put things in pretty good perspective and those experiences stay with you. You are a human made of flesh and bone, incredibly strong and resilient while also incredibly fragile, and there are some basic necessities that are key to life, namely; water, food, and shelter. On top of that, it emphasizes being around people you love and who love you. You will never have all the answers, and that's totally okay. You don't have to have everything figured out to go out there and live a good life.

But most related to trooning out, the entire concept of gender is silly while tripping. You'll quickly realize that nobody fucking cares about your "identity" because that shit is retarded and meaningless.

It's already fucked up how much they give out hormones, a friend of mine who thought they were trans told me he was offered a blank cheque hormone prescription by a GP on the first appointment.

It would suck if these people had the breast cancer gene and the estrogen spike triggered a fucking malignant tumour. That happens to women going on HRT for menopause. It could easily happen to a troon who never bothered to get a screening. That's just one scenario where this would be a bad idea, off the top of my head, and I'm not up on all the medical literature. The sense of entitlement is insane. Institutional transphobia is having to talk to a doctor before radically changing body chemistry.
