99% of women I know who have large breasts complain of not being able to sleep face-down comfortably, and they all have real breasts, which are all soft fat (or so I assume, I am not a troon so I do not go around groping my friends' tits).

Implants on the other hand, whether silicone or saline, are harder than fat. Plus anything new in your body is going to be even more uncomfortable than if it were a natural part of your body, at least while it heals and you get used to it.

This site has advice on how to sleep after breast augmentation surgery, and it mentionshow it is difficult to sleep on your side after surgery and you will most likely have to sleep on your back. Do keep in mind that this is a place that does breast implant surgery, so they may have an interest in downplaying the difficulty of the healing process, just like SRS surgeons downplay the horrors of the amhole.
