In a recent podcast, the author of that series talked about a third, more recent category of boys who are highly anxious and fearful of/disgusted by sex and their anatomy... disembodied by Internet escapism and kind of lost in a suspended childhood. Afraid to grow up. Maybe even attracted to girls, but constantly demonized for being a [ white | cis | het ] male. Not as driven by porn/agp/transcel, but more by fear & self-loathing.

Sorry for being autistic, but for fags, being molested isn't a reason because most of them have different amygdala and sexual abuse normally doesn't change sexuality (most rapes against women don't make them lesbian, at most it could make you bisexual).

This can be seen on the 2 studies which were made around sexual abuse and homosexuality.

The first one was made with 125 people from an university, it was made by a poll and with the pride group of that local university. This is the study where the 50% comes. The problem of this study is that the pride group isn't all of the ratio of homosexuals people, most of them not being part of political activist groups, at most this study shows is that abused people will flock to political ideals in which they could fix their abuse, not that most homosexuals are normally abused, this can be seen on the real metrics of studies with crime history where they show that in most places gays only account the 0.03% of sexual abuses, this is obviously depending on the area and local group, obviously.

The second one was the 80s one where the dude who made it wouldn't show sources and tried to always hide his data, even more, he never showed proof around it and had biases with specific political groups. It would be like going to tranny groups and saying that all this madness works because they said it is true.

I won't say that fags are gods or that there isn't an abuse problem, but isn't related to kids, most of this type of abuse can be seen in the hypersexual way some of them behave (the pride gays and the gays which use gayness as an identity fit in this), but most of this abuse is related to general rape by pedophiles (which normally don't develop sexual maturity and their nurturing mechanisms are fucked) and general abuse by not following specific social norms in childhood (which can be seen on some types of straight rape), at most it shows that fags can be abused and get certain social fears by this abuse, not that they are made by abuse, even more when most abused kids don't become fags. This even explains why most pride activists are abused, they use these groups as a coping mechanism or as a way to get benefits if they are bad people, making a lot more problems.

But they are not comparing two random groups of people, but identical twins reared in the same househood vs fraternal twins sharing a househood. This way the environmental influence is presumably taken care of, and I think it is the next best thing to comparing identical twins reared apart, which is impractical. The identical vs fraternal studies might even win out because of large sample size and hence statistical power.

p-hacking can be a problem if, as you say, each of the paper compare a hundred variables. From the table of Polderman et al we see the highest number of variables in each study is 24 (the author did not mention the number of items in two studies), and these studies do deserve more suspicion. The Coolidege-Thede-Young paper, on the other hand, looks especially relevant because the researchers based their questionnaire (6 items only) on the DSM diagnostic criteria.

Non-publication of negative results is, of course, another issue, but this is pertinent to all areas of science. You may argue this is especially pertinent to tranny shit because of politics though.

Transsexualism has more to do with Durkheim's concept of Anomie (low social cohesion of individual people, plus the frequent fluctuation of social norms cause people to lose moral and existential purpose; in the original formulation Durkheim used this concept to analyze the prevalence of suicide) than Alienation sensu Marx. You can't be alienated from the product of your labor if you don't produce at all.

Twin studies are considered the gold standard of heritability studies as you can successfully separate environmental from genetic influences. That specific twin study was conflating gender feelings with actual transgenderism. Basically, 23-47% of girls have an 'innate' gender feeling, even when this isn't explicitly defined as they cannot give solid definitions of what male or female are. It says in that same paper they did not do any genomic studies - as they have done with homosexuality (note Born Gay is seldom brought up anymore) and IQ - and have no intention to as that would throw away trans rights as they know it.

So the heritability estimates they give are sketchy as hell. We don't know what they are looking for. If gender identity is innate, it's still a coin toss. Height, autism, schizophrenia and paraphilias have heritability rates of 80% or over.

Having read through the Twin study @Positron linked, I think it's an example of the way the sciences shifted so much in the span of a few decades. In 2002, these researchers were looking to see whether or not GID had a heritable component, like other psychiatric disorders (ex. depression). They found a strong heritable component, but that makes perfect sense because a lot of other things, including predisposition to paraphilias is have also found to be at least partially hereditary. I remember reading a study that showed that there was ever link between pedophilia and left-handedness.

The idea that a person has a biological susceptibility to experiencing GID doesn't mean that they are a different gender on the inside. It's insane that the rhetoric has shifted to the point where now the studies accept the delusional premise that transgender people present as the basis for studying GID. No one would think to suggest that somebody who was studying anorexia would presuppose that the anorexic was correct that they were too fat as a baseline for study. Even if they did find a biological mechanism it would still not justify all of the demands because ultimately whole it's proving is that there is a biological component to the delusion. It's obvious why too, because if a biological predisposition towards AGP was discovered, it would mean that we should be looking towards reasonable accommodation like with any other disability, instead of basically rolling over to any demand the trans lobby makes.

That is why the 'trans brain' thing is aggressively promoted. That is a spin off of the Gay Brain in the 1990s. Yes, there are minute differences but males do not have a 'female' brain as their SRY gene does a good job making their brain different. There is a debate whether brains are 'sexed' or whether there is a male or female brain, but there are differences between them and it has nothing to do with feelings. Troons are chromosomally normal people, so their brains develop the same as us cissies. Their 'brain sex' is atypical brain function, not a concrete ladybrain.

That argument still goes strong despite Theryn fucking Meyer using it back in 2017.
