Then let it escalate. I'm honestly down to watch this mother burn. At this point I'm convinced some form of violent accelerationism is the only way out of Clown World.
 
Finally some action out there to make me proud to be Canadian. I'm sure it'll only be a week before I hear something so incredibly cringeworthy from a bug person at work, that I'm stripped of pride once again. But for now this is a good moment.
Wish I could support these guys too, but my local government has made it illegal to give moral or financial support to them.

Two years ago I would have said there was no way the US or Canadian government would start threatening random people's families.

Then we saw The Great Chimpout, where nobody got picked up later and nobody did jail time.

Then Jan 6 happened where they arrested random people in DC at the time (including one guy who was there at Walter Reed when it happened) and harassed their families.

Then the lockdowns and the vax passports.

Now I believe the governments would be stupid enough to threaten the trucker's families or go after them a few months after the protest is over.

Without even thinking "Who's going to drive the trucks?"

The other funny thing is seeing the calls for the military to just roll out and start shooting people with live ammo from the people who have ACAB and Defund Police in their bios and who cried about Antifa getting hit with tear gas.

Scratch a liberal, a fascist bleeds.

Of course but at this point with hundreds of trucks blocking downtown ottowa and thousands outside the city at this point the government is trying to see who cracks first. Meanwhile looking at parliament for once it seems the Canadian government is starting to show some fucking sense for once.

Govt: We made laws forcing you to do ridiculous things, punished those that didn't do what we told them, and made it illegal to even question any of it. Also, now it's illegal to protest any of this, or support those that protest it.
