This is what will finally end Ethan Ralph. He already has significant substance abuse issues. He is now being provided a trough of pain medication to get him into orbital surgery, who knows what else is going on with his jaw and this will continue into recovery. A ready supply of cheap & easy opiods.

When he returns to the US a local doctor will happily write a prescription for pain medications initially. He is going to get UNCONTROLLABLY addicted hard core. This won't be a case of he does drugs when and if he gets access to them. He will absolutely have to have them.

The guy in that video is a complete retard. As a general rule, if you don't want trouble, anywhere in the world, don't put yourself in situations that could lead to it.

As far as Lisbon itself is concerned, that place is safe as can be in comparison to other large European cities. In Barcelona, for example, I saw a lady (I think an American) get smothered by a crowd of Gypsies who took her bags, all of her personal shit in her pockets and such, and left her half naked in the middle of Plaza Real, in the middle of the day. There were people everywhere, it's not like this was in a dark alley or something.

Never saw anything like that anywhere in Portugal.
