If this ends up being the case, it'll be a huge loss/win for Ralph. It's a loss since he won't be able to do consistent shows to get the money to fly back, let alone pay whatever medical bill is going to fuck him in the ass. It's a win for him since he won't be around May for almost a month. He'll never say it publicly, but we know he'll count it as a positive. All to try to own a cokehead from Canada and prove he's a Ralphamale. This couldn't have gone any better.

It makes a difference in whether there's an official record (police report) that might exist. Long-shot but really the only hope anyone has of ever finding out what really happened.

If you get badly injured while visiting a country that has payment plans for intensive care different from the country you're visiting from, which country's rules would apply in that situation? I'm assuming that Portugal's healthcare system only applies to the citizenry, but I could be wrong. I'm very ignorant to this particular topic.

I wonder if we'll every really know what happened. I definitely don't buy his story completely. I do believe he was robbed instead of a bar fight, otherwise he'd of said he fucked them up worse and kept all his stuff. But this doesn't make sense for just a mugging. They beat his ass hard enough to almost kill him, that's going to bring a shit ton more legal attention than a simple mugging. Maybe it was just Africans acting like intercity blacks and not like a smart criminal. I however think Ralph did fight back, but only hard enough to piss the mugger off enough that they lashed out. The Riley fight face spit comes to mind. Ralph did some petty action or low blow in the fight that caused the mugger to act in a way more aggressive than a theft.

I bet he claims the hospital vaccinated him with out his permission and blows it off like it was nothing, to cover for the Moby vaccination.

We are definitely at the end of Ralph though. There is no way he isn't becoming an opioid addict after this. Alcoholics get a euphoric response to them that makes it an easy transition and extremely hard to break. I'm not sure the progression to death, but I do believe we are on a timer until a Fentanyl OD, and will definitely be aware of the opioids problem by the end of the year. That suspended sentence could be a life extender if he gets popped buying opioids.
 
Plot Twist: His old nemesis, steep Portuguese roads, did this to him.
He drunkenly slipped and rolled down the whole road, bashing his face against the road at every turn.

You know what would really piss Null off, is if Ralph went to Ukraine and called it Russia explicitly to everyone he met and called them Russians because Null is super into Ukrainian independence and distinction. It would really hurt Null if Ralph would rub it in the face of a bunch of Ukrainian factory workers that he thought they were actually Russian whores.

I'm not sure where you're from but in the US a person just calls 911 when they need an ambulance. The police will come, a report will be filed somewhere, even if it just says "Responded to a heart attack call." I have no idea how any of this works in Portugal which is why I'm asking these questions.
