I love how unbelievable he's framed this. He "chased" someone who had taken half of the shit he had on him, which is ridiculous because we've seen him run around a motel trying to document Chris' arrest, but it's even funnier because at his short stature and heavy weight, he should easily be able to handle 4 Portuguese hood rats if he's as tough as he thinks he is. Odd how andy a coke head was able to make 8+ trips and not have anything happen to him.

As someone who's been to a foreign country, I can tell you that there some things to keep in mind.

• Have a good reason to visit that country.
  • Most likely, Warski would've been there to visit his family. But even if you're some tourist who wants to see the sights, you still have a good reason to be there. Ralph fits in neither of those criteria. He left his pregnant woman at home just so he could wave his Memphis Micro over a stuttering Canadian who associated with people he disliked.
• Find a local ass and stick to it.
  • Again, Warski has family in Portugal. Even if a tourist like him stuck out like a sore thumb, he would've been around family who knew the local language and customs. He would've been less of a target than a drunken fatass who portrayed every negative American stereotype possible.
• Don't make yourself a prime target for muggings.
  • Any mugger worth the wallets he's stolen knows to go after people with money. Ralph carries himself like he's hood rich and he would've been around people whose basic knowledge of American culture would've come from music videos of rappers throwing money at a hood rat's ass.
• Stick to the touristy areas.
  • There's no doubt in my mind Ralph asked whoever his Portuguese Killstream fan was to show him the "real Portugal." The local cops don't like it when tourists get mugged because it makes their country look bad. That's why there's more of them around the touristy areas where they know the tourists are going to be. Ralph probably stumbled into some shithole neighborhood where the local refugees decided to take a break from raping European women and instead rob somebody. Gunt stumbling into their neighborhood must've been like Gunt winning a sports bet in the MGM.
