I'd be surprised if we haven't heard a verdict by noon on Tuesday, there probably would be one or two guys who came in with a large bias against Kyle, but there's a reason a hung jury because of only 1 or 2 opposing votes is rare even in contentious cases, having 10 or 11 guys badgering you for several hours straight about how you're wasting everyone's time is a position most people would crack in.

also i'm no legal expert, but federal rules are pretty flexible on dismissing uncooperative jurors after deliberations have already started. even the foreman was dismissed in scott peterson's trial.
