KYLE IS POINTING HIS GUN! YOU CAN SEE HIM POINTING AT PEDOBAUM!
IT! WAS! SELF! DEFENSE!

As you can see, The Babbling, Bitchy, Less-Than-One-Foot, Manlet known formerly as Rosenbaum's threats should never have been taken more seriously than the defendant's POWERFUL weapon.

When the state argues that the charging pedo trying to take your gun has no means to threaten you

Reminder: The state isn't being exceptionally egregious in this case, they're only being exceptionally blatant. This is the same thing they'll do to you if given the opportunity.

As much as I respect your input in this forum, I strongly disagree and say that you're participating in defending the already moved goalpost. @TheTrumanShow said it's sad that people in this thread have little faith in justice system and that the courts are still somewhat professional. Then we have the Chauvin trial in which tainted jury gets selected, no fallout of that happens afterwards. Chauvin is overcharged and found guilty.

You might argue that this is an isolated case which was overblown and put in public spotlight and the system as a whole isn't that corrupt. I would say that precisely because the case was so notable, all the 't's should be crossed, all the 'i's dotted, otherwise you get blowback in public perception of the justice system.

And this has nothing to do with either of the defandants being assholes or not. Tainted jury is not a thing that should happen.

Whooo.

I meant an asshole in terms of a fucking pig who had complete disregard for the people he was supposed to police and serve and who showed utter disregard for Floyds complaints, indeed that "he cannot breath".

Floyd may have screwed himself over in life, was my point, but that cop is what brings down the credibility of an overall reasonable and functioning police force. The same way that sociopath pig who kept screaming conflicting orders at those two kids in the hotel and had "you're fucked" written on his service weapon. A triggerhappy nut.

So there's a difference. Kyle Rittenhouse was attacked by three people in short succession and had some serious trigger discipline in at least two of the cases, was a 17 year old kid and had generally good intentions going where he went.

The one you mentioned was on a powertrip that cost the life of a man. That man was not some great hero, some civil rights activist, some saint. Aman with his own faults, but a man that didn't deserve to be under such duress, while those killed by Rittenhouse certainly deserved to be shot.
