If I’m going to be fair, I’m a bit of an oldie now. I’ve heard it’s a lot easier for a young woman to get a tubal now, though some women still have to OBGYN shop to find someone willing.

As to that woman who faked being trans, good on her! I’ve never suffered from PCOS but I’ve known plenty of women who have and the more severe cases sound like hell on earth. If you want to keep your uterus it’s constant D&Cs and ablations to keep things under control, and to be denied just chucking the whole organ when you don’t want to deal with that is unconscionable.

If you read this article, they're really trying hard to push an agenda. They come out swinging with fairly bold claims and then dial them back. In particular, the part about sexing brains with AI. They're able to successfully sex brains with AI. Not incredibly successfully, but still, they're able to detect differences between the sexes.

It's quite likely that sex differences in brains don't matter to society at large, but that's not a claim that can be proven just by pointing out how small the differences are.

Anatomically, males and females are mostly the same anyway. We can regularly transplant organs between the sexes. But sometimes the small differences matter a lot.

Either way though, gay men having some more female typical neurological structures doesn't mean they're not male, it just means they're at the extreme end of the spectrum for that measurement.

But in a serious answer, my dad is friends with his urologist (long story), and I've overheard some of their conversations as they drank together. Guy told a story of how he said no to a 22 year old getting the snip, and that the youngest snip he had seen done performed was by a fellow urologist to a 28 year old guy, though the doc was very hesitant about it.

Obviously a doc won't give a fresh 18 year old the snip without cause, and it is highly advised and basically discouraged for people under age 35 to get them. Plus there is the fact that there is judgement from both family and strangers when they find out you neutered. Again listening in (this time I was drinking with them), many patients the urologist did check ups on said that the guys sometimes were ridiculed and emasculated for their decisions, but what was interesting was he said that they were done by women. Men usually just made jokes about going raw and left it at that.

Tangent aside, it's hard for men to get the snip if they are below mid thirties, and even harder if they are below 30. If I see the urologist again I'll ask him more info about it.

reversal is theoretically possible but it's a more difficult procedure than the vasectomy itself, and not guaranteed to work. tubal ligation is also theoretically reversible, but again such a reversal is more difficult than the initial surgery and not something anyone should rely on or plan for. basically these are desperation moves, the last resort for people who foolishly got the snip because dude fuck family lmao, and later came to their senses and realized what a horrible mistake they made. still, even that is a luxury trannies won't have, cause having their genitals butchered by shady thai doctors is definitely not reversible.
