This tracks with my experience of troons. It's not enough to go from "boy" to "girl", the high wears off, so now you have to go from "girl" to "goth girl", then "goth girl with big boobs" then "non-binary goth girl with big boobs who is a plural system and a disabled queer furry communist", and on and on.
It's why their identities never really seem to stabilize and why they need a new costume and new pronouns every couple of months.
You can see this behavior in the Digibro thread, where Digi, having already gone through the highs and lows of "coming out" as "Beatrice", now has to create new personas and styles to transition into to get a new high (the last one was "blue summer").
For Ja Du, born Adam Wheeler, it wasn't enough to be a woman, he had to be a Fillipina woman with pink hair and disabilities who loves Jordan Peterson.

Sorry to sound like a greeting card here, but you can’t ever stabilize your identity without first realizing that identity comes from within. That’s why so many of these people resemble teenagers: part of growing out of the teenager phase is realizing that while clothes and accessories might be neat, they’re not what ultimately defines you. Whatever part of you that you’re expressing by dressing like a goth will still be there even when you take off the eyeliner.

But gender ideology tells people the exact opposite: being who you are on the inside depends entirely on external sources. Being happy in your gender requires every single person you meet to enthusiastically agree that you are that gender and for no one to ever even hint otherwise. It requires changing your external appearance through surgery, and the consumption of medication and products to help you match the stereotypical appearance of your chosen gender, forever. Troons are told over and over again by everyone they trust that they must rely on these external sources of identity, because the only alternative for trans people is misery and suicide. It’s a recipe for immaturity and insecurity even if you start off healthy (which they don’t).

They likely won’t even attempt to answer, they’ll just implicitly threaten to destroy you socially for even asking such a question rather than immediately joining the hate mob. Is this why the female attracted TIMs come off as even more degenerate than the "straight" ones? Putting aside the whole men actually have physical power over women so men in women's spaces is inherently predatory, the transbians just always come off as creepier for some reason. One thing you can say about straight TIMs is that at least they somewhat try to present as a woman, because they know straight men wouldn't go along with pretending some aging neckbeard in a Spirit Halloween wig is a woman. It doesn't work, obviously, they just end up looking like ridiculous caricatures of what they think women are like (drag. It's drag.) but at least they gave it a shot. Transbians on the other hand will put no effort, they will enter lesbian/female spaces looking like very masculine men and demand women accept their Girldick just because they claim to be women.

People will argue with this here, but I do think there is a legitimate hormone issue going on with (most) HSTS transsexuals. That doesn't necessarily mean that they should be treated with hormones and surgery, or legally accepted as women, but given how often they pop up among different cultures I do think what they have is real, even if it's just a real mental illness.

Transbians, on the other hand, are almost always nothing more than hetero perverts living out a fetish. Some are more open about the fetish aspect than others, but that's what at the heart of transition for 99% of them.

That top/bottom dynamic is literally gay male culture to describe who penetrates (top) and who is penetrated (bottom). I noticed that the phrase was being used to refer to lesbian sex dynamics at the same time that troons were trying to make lesbians suck “girldick”/fuck them. Because prior to that, the only phrases I heard when referring to lesbian sex were “pillow princess” (someone who only receives and does nothing else in bed) and “touch me nots” (someone who pleasures there partner but does not like their partner to pleasure them).

I agree, I have definitely heard younger lesbians use 'top' and 'bottom' but it's always in a meme or joke context. Plus 'topping' as a verb, also mostly in a joke context, like sharing stuff like this:

I got curious and searched for "she can top me" on Twitter and it looks like most of the profiles using the phrase are genuine women. A lot of slang words change meaning when they're picked up by different groups, and you're right that dom/sub is probably too specifically fetishy so maybe these words have moved in instead. They're not talking about strap-on use or physical penetration, they're making jokes about personality types or feelings.

I don't disagree with your post, but it can cause confusion using troon self definitions rather than actual definitions.

It's actually because all elective surgery was postponed ("elective" includes stuff like removing fibroids or early removal of precancerous cells) and even critical surgery faced delays, and some health issues progressed to a level that now requires surgical intervention due to decreased access to healthcare and people being too scared to leave the house.

Unsurprisingly there is not a gender reassignment hospital. Gender reassignment services have to share operating theatres with other departments, and there's simply less slots available for amhole surgery. (Hilariously the only FTM clinic on the NHS currently does not even have a contract with a hospital, so there's no fleshtube surgery available on the NHS anywhere in the UK, so you have to pay for private or rely on insurance)
