If you're attracted to men you're not a lesbian, it's that simple, even if they're feminine (which most of these AGPs aren't at all). Since when was it so difficult to just be bisexual? Basically at this point any sexuality that excludes troons is unwoke and wrong. And whether it's hetero, homo or bi, you are implicitly excluding some kind of troon. It's called a thorn, it's used in modern Icelandic and was used in old English. I'm assuming the troon squad likes it because they are terminally unique and it makes the "th" sound for "they/them".

I suppose that in the most purely theoretical sense it is possible. If you successfully gene edited an embryo so that it had an X chromosome in place of a Y chromosome, then you would have changed that embryo's sex. But then you've got a ship of Theseus situation where you'd have to ask if that embryo would develop into the same person, because you've modified its genes - would you still be you if someone had modified which copies of Chromosome 12 you had?

From a practical perspective once an embryo's developed physically the changes are kinda baked in. You could remove the extra chromosome 20 from someone with down's syndrome through gene therapy in theory, but they'd still have downs because they've already developed in a set way. Likewise with sex, by around day 30 the mesonephric duct is starting to differentiate into what will eventually become the cock and balls, or atrophying into the skene's gland and epoophoron.

Either way this is a bit like saying "in theory, since an animal's species is a physical reality, you can change a cat into a dog". In theory with enough gene editing you maybe could turn a cat embryo into a dog embryo, but it would probably spontaneously abort because - as always - biology isn't plug and play.

Don't even engage them on that kind of level, it's all part of their tactics. Arguing these far off hypotheticals allows them to ignore the elephant in the room which is that HRT and surgery will not turn a man into a woman. If we had procedures that could make a man so similar to a woman that a reasonably thorough examination couldn't tell the difference then maybe there'd be a point to the debate, but until we reach that point there's no point. Why argue about the precise details when a good look is enough to out 95% of TiMs to an experienced eye (even without stripping them) and a short conversation will expose the other 5% and for the foreseeable future they'll all be clockable once they get their clothes off? Granted, this is a little more complex with TiFs because I'd say that these numbers are a little batter for them, but fortunately TiMs don't give a shit about TiFs.

Also, another hypothetical they love is, "what if tomorrow you woke up in a woman's/man's body and no one believed that you were really a man/woman? Wouldn't that be traumatizing?" and the problem there is that if I had a bizarre belief that contradicted all objective reality then I'd probably schedule some therapy. Believing that your body is somehow wrong is a common schizophrenic belief.
