Personally I think @CammieDoxGirl would wipe the floor as they're the most "in shape" one out of the bunch. Tommy would die immediately from COPD, and Dee would go to the crowd and show horribly photoshopped pictures to them trying to convince them he's a true and honest female

Definitely CDG, for a few reasons. Old @Miss Tommie Jayne Wasserberg is a bullet-ridden trash hound so he's out of the game for sure. Between his diet, body, health issues etc, I doubt he could even climb into the cage. Now @Dee Price could in theory win just by throwing his massive weight around, he's got a body like a wrecking ball. However, it would be unladylike for him to actually fight so instead he'd either try to convince the fight judges or @CammieDoxGirl how much of a True and Honest woman he is.
CDG has already shown a proclivity towards anger and a willingness to accept their masculinity (Other than when arguing with the troon squad of course, but I get the feeling that's just insecurities coupled with how fucking easy it is to dunk on 'em) regardless, so I reckon she'd go for the a good hard kick to the fork, followed by the old dick-twist. Finalized by a decent enough snakebite punch to Price's gigantic jaw, which would act like a lever putting him to sleep.

I recommend CDG and Dee put their beauty pagent rivalry aside and team up to defeat Tooter. Seriously, who would want to touch him in the ring? Dee has the strength to knock him off his feet with a swift kick, while Cammie can punch those Tommy balls back into his intestines with finesse. A 2 on 1 fight isn't fair, so I'd give Tom a fighting chance with ADF by his side.
