As a woman, I don't even "feel like a woman" most of the time. I just feel like a human being. We have some small differences in thinking and psychology probably, but certainly not enough that we're an alien species or have a constant feeling of femininity. It does seem genuinely misogynistic in the sense they have no idea what they're talking about and pull all their female tropes from porn and anime.

Things like neck rubs, hair stroking or other methods of affection are perfectly valid. Those can feel nice and involve genuine bonding and whatnot. Head pats though? It's infantilizing at best, comparing a woman to an animal at worst. It can't be comfortable to just have someone repeatedly tap your head with their palm. Also, there's nothing saying men can't recieve true head rubs and affection, and it doesn't make them any less manly. It's so...weird.

Well, this is the crux of it, really. The whole troon thing stems from the idea that 'women' are defined inherently by their woman-y feelings. They aren't just people in bodies like men are.
